How buying works

• 1. Pick what you want, then open a ticket in the Discord to arrange it.
• 2. Staff confirm the details and take payment — the ticket is your receipt, so keep it.
• 3. Delivered in game, usually within 48 hours. Not arrived? Open a ticket, don't buy twice.

The terms, short version

• You buy a licence to use a virtual item here — not property, not transferable.
• All sales are final once delivered. Failed or duplicate deliveries get fixed or refunded.
• Wipes happen on a hobby server: purchases are restored best-effort, receipts make it certain.
• Chargebacks mean a permanent ban. Ask questions in a ticket before paying.

Fair play

• Nothing here buys status, leniency or an edge in reports — staff play by the same rules.
• No real-money trading of anything in the city, from anyone, ever.
• Buying is always optional — the whole city is playable without spending a cent.
