Yes
- Take a report with a clip, a time and names.
- Answer a genuine question about the rules or the server.
- Sort out a whitelist or access problem.
- Review a decision you think was wrong.
Support
That is not bureaucracy, it is the rule: support is never given in a channel or a DM, because a report that lives in a chat log cannot be reviewed later. A ticket can be read by the staff who need it and closed with a record of what was decided.
Before anything else
Reporting a player
A report is a set of facts, not a complaint. The more of this you have ready when you open the ticket, the faster it can be dealt with.
Continue the roleplay over minor rulebreaks and report serious ones after. Staff will not interrupt an ongoing scene to settle a report mid-way through it.
Recording software has to be ready at all times precisely so you have this afterwards. Upload or attach the clip in the ticket — a description on its own cannot be actioned.
Who was involved, roughly what time it happened, and what rule you think was broken. Names take the guesswork out — "the guy in the Sultan" makes the review slower.
Tickets are answered by staff when there is someone available, and the ticket stays open until it is dealt with. Do not chase staff in chat or by DM for an update.
Everything else
Anything about your account, access or the rules: open a ticket. Questions asked in general chat will be pointed at the ticket channel.
Open a ticketThere is a dedicated bug-report channel in the Discord. Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — a screenshot or clip helps enormously.
Report a bugIf you think a decision was wrong, take it to a ticket with your side of it — including the clip. Do not argue it in character or in chat, and do not backseat staff.

Join the Discord, verify, and open a ticket. State the problem in one message with whatever evidence you have and it will get to the right person.
