What we keep, and why

Short enough to read completely. No account, no cookie, no analytics and no advertising anywhere on this site — the only thing we ever receive is what you type into the whitelist application, and that goes nowhere except to staff.

What this website does

  • Serves you plain HTML, one stylesheet, one small script and the server icon — all from our own server.
  • Sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
  • Runs no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts.
  • Loads no external fonts or CDNs, which is why we use your system's own font.
  • If the server-status badge is switched on, your browser fetches one small JSON file from us. Nothing is sent anywhere else.
  • The only thing you can send us is the whitelist application — see below for exactly what happens to it.

What the server does keep

  • Standard web-server logs from whoever hosts this site: IP address, browser, time and page requested. These exist for security and abuse handling, and they are not used to build a profile of you.
  • If you join the Discord, that is Discord's platform and Discord's rules — including their privacy policy — not ours.
  • In-game, the server records what it needs to run: identifiers, your character, inventory, staff actions and logs. That is how a roleplay server works, and it is covered by the server rules.
  • Tickets and reports you open are kept so staff can review them, and transcripts are kept as a record of decisions.

Where your data actually goes

What happens to a whitelist application?
It contains what you typed — your Discord username, in-game name, age, time zone and your answer about roleplay — and it is used for exactly one thing: opening a ticket for you in the Discord and storing the application so staff can review it. The address you submitted from is recorded next to it, because a form open to the internet needs that for abuse handling, and it is kept no longer than the application itself. None of it is sold, and none of it goes anywhere except our own server and Discord.
Are there any third parties on this site?
Only what you click. Discord links take you to Discord and Cfx.re links take you to Cfx.re — at that point you are on their website under their policies. Nothing loads from them automatically. Submitting the whitelist application sends it through our own web server to our own Discord bot; no outside service is involved in that path.
Is this site even necessary to play?
No. It explains the server, the rules and how to join, and nothing here is required to play. Everything that matters — the whitelist, support and the rules themselves — happens in the Discord.
Can I ask for something to be deleted?
Yes. Open a ticket and ask; anything we hold that is not needed for a staff record or for the server's logs can be removed, including a whitelist application you sent and the address it came from. Bans and reports are kept because they are the record of a decision, which is the same reason an appeal is possible at all.
Does this page ever change?
When something changes, this page changes with it rather than afterwards — the whitelist application was added here on the day it went live. If we ever add a store, a login or a comment section, this page will say what it keeps before it does.
