Whitelist

Apply for the whitelist

Fill this in and it becomes a ticket in the Discord, opened for your account — staff read it there, and it is where you will be told the outcome. You still need the voice interview; this is the part that can be done before it.

You must already be in the Discord. The application is tied to your Discord account, so we look you up before opening anything. If we cannot find you, the answer is join the Discord and apply again — nothing is created for an account we cannot verify.

Your application

Your username, not your display name — it is how we find your account. A user ID works too if you have one.

The realistic name your character will use.

Discord requires 13 or over, so that is the minimum here too.

Helps staff know when to expect you for the interview.

A few sentences is plenty. This is read, not scored on length.

Sending this gives us what you typed here, and the address you sent it from is recorded for abuse handling — nothing else, and no cookies or trackers. See privacy.

Questions

Before you send it

Do I need to be in the Discord to apply?
Yes. The whitelist is tied to your Discord account, and your ticket lives in the Discord, so an application from an account nobody can find cannot be reviewed or answered. Join first — it takes seconds.
Will this get me whitelisted automatically?
No. Submitting it opens a ticket and a record for staff. The whitelist itself is granted after a short voice interview, which is the part that has always been done in voice.
What if I am already whitelisted?
The form checks your roles and will tell you that you already have the whitelist role rather than opening a pointless ticket. If that role is somehow wrong, open a ticket and staff will fix it.
What do you do with what I type?
It goes into your ticket and into the application record staff review. The address you submitted from is recorded alongside it for abuse handling, and nothing here is used for anything else. The privacy page is the whole of it, not a summary.
I have no clip because nothing has happened yet
That is fine — the clip requirement is about reporting incidents, not about applying. Set recording software up anyway, because you will need it from your first session onwards.
